How to accept our Lunch Pass ?

Lunch Pass FAQ

If you would like to join our network simply complete and sign our affiliation contract and return it by post or e-mail (Affiliates.SVC.LU@sodexo.com). You can obtain an affiliation contract in person from the Sodexo members’ desk at 39 Rue du Puits Romain, Bertrange, between the hours of 8:30am-12pm and 1:30pm-4pm, by calling the affiliation department on 26 109 412 or by downloading it from our website, www.sodexobenefits.lu.

You can obtain a voucher submission form in person from the Sodexo members’ desk at 39 Rue du Puits Romain, Bertrange, between the hours of 8:30am-12pm and 1:30pm-4pm, by calling the affiliation department on 26 109 412 or by downloading it from our website, www.sodexobenefits.lu.

Remember to stamp your cheques with your company stamp in the space provided on the back of the cheque before sending them to us for reimbursement. You can obtain a reimbursement in person from the Sodexo members’ desk at 39 Rue du Puits Romain, Bertrange, between the hours of 8:30am-12pm and 1:30pm-4pm. If you have a bank account with the BIL you may deposit them at a BIL branch. You may also deposit cheques at an ING branch (even if you don’t have an account there) or send your cheques to us by courier (Brinks, G4S, DPD, TNT, etc.) or by post, although this option involves greater risk (should the package get lost or stolen, for example).

Cheques can be reimbursed for two months after the date stated on the cheque in question. Cheques can no longer be reimbursed once this two-month period has passed.
